5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Marketing outcomes, revenue projections, and business growth depend on external market variables, execution consistency, and individual business circumstances. Momentum Marketerz makes no express or implied warranty of guaranteed financial results. In no event shall Momentum Marketerz be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Momentum Marketerz is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to mandatory binding arbitration prior to initiating formal court proceedings.
